I have been a client of Rhonda Tudor for many years now. I was recommended to her thru my daughter and her husband who were clients. I was close to turning sixty at the time. I had been taking taekwondo for six years and had advanced past my 2nd degree black belt. I felt that while I wanted to continue exercising, taekwondo was getting too hard on my body. 

Rhonda started slowly with me as she wanted to understand my fitness level, my fitness goals and any specific issues or difficulties that I had with my body, and how to work with them. 

Rhonda has always taken into consideration my age and lifestyle. We constantly work on balance and core with most of the exercises she has me do. I find her very encouraging, and challenging, without pushing me. I feel safe trying anything Rhonda asks me to do, as I know that she continues to attend seminars and talk to experts to further her knowledge. I even still go to my workouts when I injure myself by pulling a muscle, etc. when I am out and about in the world. Rhonda knows how to work around my injury and recommends what I can do to recover quickly. I feel so fortunate to have Rhonda as my trainer. She is truly a professional, and takes her job very seriously.
