1-on-1 Personal Training

Have a friend that you'd like to workout with? Enjoy a bit of competition? Try a shared session. It's like a private session that’s just “not quite private” and definitely NOT a group class.

Each of you will be simultaneously working on your own Personal Exercise Program, so you will not necessarily be doing the same exercises. I constantly monitor each of you and keep your individual goals and health issues a priority.

Don’t have a particular person in mind, I can match you up with someone who values physical fitness as much as you do and is also looking for a like-minded partner. Let’s make it fun!

Semi-Private Training

Key muscle groups are the focus and need to be strengthened to increase your performance.

Additionally, particular sports/activities naturally tend to overuse certain muscles while simultaneously underuse their opposing muscles. This results in a muscular “imbalance” which eventually brings pain and a loss of participation in the activities you enjoy!
