“Rhonda is truly an expert in her field. She loves what she does and it shows! My body has never felt better. I am pain free and living life to the fullest.”

I have been working out with Rhonda for 25 years and it has been one of the best investments I have ever made. I say this because, at a fairly young age, I had a heart scare and subsequently had 3 stents placed in a main artery. Needless to say, it became crucial for me to maintain a healthy lifestyle. With the help of Rhonda and her incredible workout regimen, I have been able to keep my weight stable, my cholesterol levels excellent and my blood pressure low. All extremely important for heart health!

In addition, last year I fell and fractured my hand. I was in a cast for 4 weeks. After 8 weeks I was given the ok from my doctor to start upper body workouts again. In addition to my hand, the accident left my wrist and grip extremely weak. Rhonda knew exactly what to do and, equally important, what NOT to do. I could see improvement in the first couple weeks and after a couple months it felt fantastic.

As we age, trainers such as Rhonda can play an even more important role. It becomes vital that we have a trainer who is knowledgable about the aging body. Rhonda excels at this, focusing on mobility exercises, core exercises and stretching. These are all essential for baby boomers like myself. Always on the cutting edge, she regularly attends seminars to make sure she is up to date on all of the latest areas of fitness. I think it is so rare to find an individual who takes such pride in her work. Rhonda is a kind, generous and extremely motivating person who cares deeply about her clients. She is truly an expert in her field. She loves what she does and it shows! My body has never felt better and I am thrilled that, at my age, I am pain free and living life to the fullest. I would enthusiastically recommend Rhonda for anyone looking for an incredible trainer.
